Weapon Detection System

The implementation of the weapons detection system began today at the Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center. All will be screened upon visiting the facility. These include the Clairmont Road, Emergency Department, and Staff Only entrances.

In recognition of Veterans Day, the Atlanta VAHCS will host a Veterans Day Parade Friday, November 11, 2022 at 11 a.m. Several local Veterans and commemorative organizations will participate.

The event is free and open to the public.
