Grovetown Veteran to participate in National Disabled Veterans Golf Clinic

Riverside , IA — Justin Hall, an Army Veteran from Grovetown, Georgia, will participate in the National Disabled Veterans Golf Clinic, Sep. 8-13, in Riverside, Iowa.

Justin, who is a regular participant in VA Augusta Health Care System treatment and sports programs, will take part in golf and several other adaptive sports activities alongside nearly 350 fellow disabled Veterans. 

For more than three decades, the National Disabled Veterans Golf Clinic has helped disabled Veterans experience the full potential of adaptive sports and recreation therapy for improving health and well-being. The five-day Golf Clinic offers participants adaptive sports therapy opportunities, including golf, cycling, bowling, kayaking, frisbee golf, a rock wall, in addition to workshops and other activities.

The Golf Clinic is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Disabled American Veterans with financial assistance from corporate and individual sponsors.
