    The Georgia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics this week announced that Valerie Lively, registered dietitian at VA Augusta Health Care System, is its Georgia Outstanding Dietitian of The Year. Lively, who has served the Augusta dietetic community for more than 20 years, was presented the award Thursday evening at a ceremony in Atlanta.
