Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities visits VA Augusta

During its recent site visit to the VA Augusta Spinal Cord Injury Unit, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) provided only three recommendations among the more than 2,000 standards reviewed.
