Stephen Dotts

In this role, he provides leadership and oversight of key administrative functions of the hospital including the Nutrition & Food Service, Health Informatics Service, Veteran Experience Office, and Veterans Transportation Service. Prior to his appointment as Acting Associate Director, his most recent role was Health Systems Specialist to the Medical Center Director. Mr. Dotts began his VA career in 2006 as a without-compensation employee with Medical Administration Service. He has held various positions at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center including the Administrative Officer of the Day, Privacy Officer, Compliance Officer, and most recently the Health System Specialist to the Medical Center Director. Mr. Dotts is a ten-year Veteran of the United States Navy, where he honorably served as a First Class Petty Officer Aviation Maintenance Administration man, Air Warfare Specialist, AZ1(AW). Mr. Dotts has a passion for serving our nation’s heroes and has demonstrated this through his leadership.
