Kasi Amaral

Kasi Amaral serves as Senior Strategic Business Partner at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Boston, Massachusetts, where she provides strategic support and oversight for recruitment and workforce planning. In this role, she leads initiatives focused on strategic hiring, project management, and organizational culture, helping to advance operational excellence across clinical and administrative teams. Her responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to enhance staffing strategies, improve talent acquisition, and support employee development system-wide. 

With over eleven years at VA, Ms. Amaral is recognized for her expertise in human resources and dedication to supporting the agency’s mission. She has held a variety of positions including Health System Specialist to the Chief of Staff, Lead HR Staffing Specialist, and HR Intern, consistently championing best practices in recruitment and workforce performance. Ms. Amaral holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, including international study at Southern Cross University in Australia.
