Pre-Veterans Day Celebration for VA Bedford Veterans
In November, we take time to honor the brave men and women who have served our country.
This year, we kicked off the celebration early by bringing some pre-Veterans Day appreciation and joy to a special group of Veterans at the VA Bedford Healthcare System. In collaboration with the MA Department of Development Services, we were able to distribute donated items to in-patient Veterans at the Community Living Center (CLC).
A huge thank you to the CDCE MA Team for organizing this meaningful event, as well as the MA DDS Team, Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer Rich Gedman, Boston 25 News Chief Meteorologist Kevin Lemanowicz, the UMass Mascot, and USAF SMSgt Jeff Gordon for their presence and support in making the day even more special.
