The Daisy & Bee nomination window is now open for the Fall 2025 selection!

Have you encountered a Nurse and/or Nursing Assistant that went above and beyond to provide the care you needed?
You can nominate an exceptional Nursing Assistant or extraordinary Nurse for the DAISY or BEE award by describing how they've provided exceptional care. The DAISY (Diseases Attacking the Immune System) Foundation was established by the family of Patrick Barnes to recognize Nurses who provide compassionate and excellent care. The BEE Award recognizes Nursing Assistants who provide excellent care. BEE stands for "Being Exceptional Every Day."
Commonly seen nomination criteria include (but not limited to):
🌼Demonstrated compassion, kindness, and excellence.
🐝Made a significant difference in a patient's life.
🌼 Established a special connection with patients and families.
🐝 Kept the patient and their family at the center of care.
🌼 Exemplified the highest standards of professional care.
