VA Bedford Welcomes a New Era of Support: Introducing the Mamava Lactation Pod

By Leanna Lynch, Public Affairs Officer
We are beyond excited to announce a significant milestone in our commitment to exceptional care for our Veterans—the installation of VA Bedford’s first Mamava Lactation Pod!
This innovative addition is a testament to our unwavering dedication to the health and well-being of our rapidly growing women Veteran population.
Nestled in the corridor between Buildings 2 and 78 (across from the vending machines), the Mamava Lactation Pod offers a secure, hygienic, and serene environment for breastfeeding or pumping milk. This private sanctuary ensures that our women Veterans feel respected, comfortable, and supported during their time at VA Bedford. To access this state-of-the-art pod, simply download the Mamava app from your app store.
