Heart disease and stroke cause 1 in 3 women’s deaths, making it the number 1 killer of women. Most cardiac and stroke events can be prevented through education and lifestyle changes such as moving more, eating smart, and managing your blood pressure.
Join Women’s Health in kicking off Heart Health Month on February 6, 2025, from 9am-11am in the Birmingham Annex Lobby. Wear your best red! We will have education on reducing your risk of heart disease and stroke.
