If you already have access to the Arsenal through your Military ID, then you can proceed to the gate without the pass.
To ensure an easy transition, we partnered with Redstone Arsenal Security to ensure all veterans assigned to the Huntsville West VA Clinic can gain access to the arsenal. Please stop by the Redstone Arsenal Gate 9 Visitors Center to obtain a pass.
You will need to bring your Veterans Identification Card and/or Driver’s License to the Visitors Center. Once you arrive, inform the security specialists that you will need a pass for the new VA location at Fox Army Health Center. The process is streamlined and shouldn’t take more than 10-20 minutes to process. With a VA ID Card, your pass will be good for 3 years.
If you would like to obtain a Veteran’s Identification Card, please visit the Eligibility Department at the Huntsville VA Clinic. Please bring a form of ID with you. The eligibility clerks will be able to process your VA ID and have it mailed out to you.
