Dr. Wilper is the Chief of Staff for the Boise VA Medical Center
Dr. Wilper has been with the Boise VA Medical Center since 2008 as a Staff Physician and then as the ACOS/Medicine. Dr. Wilper has extensive experience and knowledge of health care practices, processes, and programs in and outside of the VHA. His practical skills with patient care, and how to deliver the best patient centric care within our current health care system provides a unique insight to where we are and where we need to be as our medical center programs develop and our patient population grows.
