Butler , PA — The Butler VA Health Care System is hosting a special dedication ceremony for an artwork donation honoring all Veterans and Service Members.

What: The Butler VA Health Care System is hosting a special dedication ceremony for an artwork donation honoring all Veterans and Service Members. The metal artwork piece will be displayed on the grounds of the Butler VA’s New Castle Road campus located at 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA.
The artwork, a depiction of the raising of the American flag at Iwo Jimo, was created and donated by Swartfager Welding in Knox and in collaboration with local WWII Veteran Clarence Hasenflu.
Who: Invitation-only – VA leadership, Veterans, and local Congressional offices. Media are invited to attend but must RSVP in advance.
When: Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 1pm
