PRIMARY CARE
This video explains how Veterans are assigned to a primary care clinic and Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
This video helps Veterans understand what qualifies as a medical emergency and when to seek immediate care. It explains where to go in an emergency, what to do if care is received outside the VA, and how to notify VA afterward to support coordination and coverage. The goal is to ensure Veterans receive urgent care quickly and safely. For emergencies, please dial 911.

SUICIDE PREVENTION
This video provides critical information for Veterans experiencing a mental health crisis or those concerned about a fellow Veteran. It explains how to access immediate, confidential support through the Veterans Crisis Line and outlines additional VA resources available during emergencies. Help is always available, and no Veteran has to face a crisis alone. If you or someone you know is in need of support, call the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988, then press 1.

COMMUNITY CARE

HOME BASED PRIMARY CARE
This video explains the Home Based Primary Care program for Veterans who have difficulty traveling to appointments. SOCIAL WORK SERVICES
