Dr. Fasoldt is a provider with the Ralph H. Johnson VA Health Care System.
Dr. Fasoldt attended the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate education, and then completed medical school at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland. Following medical school, Dr. Fasoldt went on to have a distinguished ten year career as a physician in the United States Navy. After concluding his Naval career, Dr. Fasoldt joined the civil service and worked as a primary care physician for the United States Army before transitioning to VA medicine. Dr. Fasoldt is passionate about primary care medicine and believes in providing comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.
