She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Georgia and a Doctor of Pharmacy from South University. Dr. Vann completed her PGY1 residency at the Northern California VA Medical Center and her PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy residency at Palo Alto VA Medical Center.&nbsp;
