Lara Lambert

Dr. Lambert is a board-certified Internal Medicine, and Pulmonary/Critical Care physician who eared her degree at the Medical University of South Carolina.  

As the DEO, she is responsible for ensuring the administration and oversight of clinical trainee programs at our VA Medical Center, and plays a role in maintaining long standing affiliate relationships.  She also ensures trainees are properly appointed, evaluated, trained and appropriately supervised.  When she is not working in Education, she sees patients in the Emergency Department at Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, and her approach emphasizes patient advocacy, preventive care, and collaborative decision-making.
