<p>Phylicia Cato, MSN, APRN, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health care and more than 15 years of service in the healthcare field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Ohio in 2013 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina–Columbia in 2021. Mrs. Cato is dedicated to providing evidence‑based, trauma‑informed psychiatric care to Veterans, with a strong focus on building therapeutic rapport, promoting psychological resilience, and supporting recovery-oriented treatment. Her practice philosophy emphasizes respect, collaboration, and individualized care, aiming to help each Veteran navigate mental health challenges with dignity, empowerment, and comprehensive support.</p>
