Effective October 9, 2022, Mr. Joshua M. Rawlins was appointed as the Assistant Medical Center Director at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center.
Prior to this, Mr. Rawlins served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio. He has been a manager for 3 of his 8 years with the Chillicothe VA. He previously served as the Chief Accountant, Accountant, and HR Specialist at Chillicothe. He served in the US Army for eight years as a Financial Management Specialist, during which time he deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division.
Mr. Rawlins holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Rio Grande and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Ohio Christian University. Originally from South Webster, OH, he has been married for 14 years and has two children. His daughter has continued the family’s military tradition by serving in the Air National Guard.
