Unfortunately, free parking is not available when accessing the Cleveland VA Regional Office.
There are two parking garages within a 1/4 mile of the Cleveland VA Regional Office:
Willard Park Garage, 601 Lakeside Ave., Cleveland, OH 44114: Daily rate is $4.00 for the first hour, then $1.50 for each additional half hour with a maximum daily rate of $12.00.
North Pointe Parking Garage, 1111 E 9th St, Cleveland, OH 44114: Daily maximum rate is $13.00
Additionally, you are able to be dropped off at the front door located on East 9th Street, this will incur no cost.
Public transportation is also available through the RTA. Please visit https://www.riderta.com/ to see what public transportation best fits your needs.
Visitors seeking assistance from the Public Contact Team at the Cleveland Regional Office are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA). VERA is a self-service portal which allows visitors to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.
Services are available on a walk-in from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm or by appointment Monday thru Friday.
Additionally, if you are unable to attend an in person appointment, there are virtual appointments available as well.
If you schedule a virtual appointment, one of our representatives will reach out to you via your contact information that you provide and the specified date and time of your choosing.
