Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Prosthetics Move to Medical Center's Fourth Floor

As a result, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Prosthetics have been relocated to the medical center’s fourth floor, along with PM&R and the Pain Clinic. Taking the South Elevators to the fourth floor, turn right to get to the PT/OT/PM&R/Pain Clinic check-in desk. Turn left off the elevators to get to Prosthetics. Although the locations have changed, all services retain their original telephone numbers. The new, modernized facilities are awesome and we appreciate the great work our Facilities Management team accomplished!
