The kiosks at the Dayton VA are going away on September 30, 2022.
Veterans will no long file claims on the kiosks.
Veterans can still file claims two ways:
1. Beneficiary Travel Self Service System (BTSSS)
- The BTSSS is a secure, web-based electronic claim system. Veterans or their designated caregiver can use a personal computer or smart phone to submit a travel claim.
- Veterans must be registered with a username and password for either DS Logon, ID.me, or My HealtheVet to enroll in BTSSS.
- For more information or to enroll in BTSSS, call 1-855-574-7292.
2. Paper Travel Claim
- Veterans without access to computers or smart phones may file for travel by completing the paper form.
- We will have Travel Claim forms at all check-in areas.
- We will have secure lock boxes centrally located throughout the facility to drop off your travel claims.
