In an effort to better serve the veteran and family members, upon request Vet Centers will provide services after normal work hours and/or on weekends.

Tuesdays: Counselor at Western Nevada College 9:00am - 3:00pm

Wednesdays: OEF/OIF/OND Support Group: Iraq and Afghanistan War Veterans 3:00pm.

Thursdays: Counselor at Lake Tahoe Community College 12:00pm - 3:00pm, every other week, call the Reno Vet Center for more information. Mindfulness Skills Group, all Veterans 10:00am at the Reno Vet Center.  Yoga for Health and Wellness Group, all Veterans 12:00pm at the Reno Vet Center. Meditation for Stress and Anxiety, all Veterans 1:00pm at the Reno Vet Center.
