The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is a Joint Commission accredited system that consists of an 61-bed hospital located in Muskogee, OK, as well as four outpatient clinics located in Tulsa, Vinita, McAlester and Idabel, OK. The health system is a Level 1C tertiary care facility. A separate Behavioral Medicine clinic is located in Tulsa, as well as a separate Behavioral Medicine group clinic in Muskogee. Comprehensive care is provided through primary care, tertiary care, and specialty care in areas of medicine, surgery, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, oncology, dentistry, and urology. EOVAHCS has specialized programs including Mental Health Intensive Case Management, Homeless Program/Compensated Work Therapy, Military Sexual Trauma, Telehealth/Telemedicine Care Coordination, Tele-ICU/ED and Tele-Stroke.
