Take control of your mental health! Join the El Paso VA Suicide Prevention team for the Veteran & Family Safety Plan Class. Taking this step can be empowering, providing a sense of control and preparedness in the face of life's uncertainties. A safety plan is essentially a personalized, written list of coping strategies and sources of support that can be utilized before or during a crisis. Join this vital initiative and ensure that you and your loved ones have a reliable plan in place. To register, contact the El Paso VA Suicide Prevention team at or email Elpsuicidepreventionteam@va.gov. Classes will be offered every other Monday starting Monday, April 7th, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the El Paso VA Wellness Center, 350 Revere St. El Paso, TX 79905.
