David C. DiGiacomo

Mr. DiGiacomo oversees management efforts for administrative and facility decisions including:  budget formulation and execution,  staffing,  facility planning,  patient care services, and physical security.

Previously, Mr. DiGiacomo served dual roles as the Compliance & Business Integrity Officer for both Butler VA Healthcare and the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.  In these roles, he ensured that business activities and health information practices were conducted as per laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Mr. DiGiacomo joined VA in 2000 as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), where he served as the Respiratory Therapy Manager from September 2002-June 2010.

Mr. DiGiacomo received his RRT from St. Francis School of Respiratory Care/Point Park College in Pittsburgh.
