Administrative Programs

A multitude of administrative and business offices support our mission. This is not a complete list of administrative organizations; the following have Internet websites.

  • Caregiver Support

Caregivers provide a valuable service for Veterans and are "partners" with us in providing excellent healthcare. To support these efforts, VA Fargo offers a number of services to support you and the Veteran you care for. Our caregiver support team is standing by to help you find what you need, whether it's in-home help, someone to listen to, or anything in between.

  • Connected Care

Connected Care brings VA digital technology to Veterans and health care professionals, extending access to care beyond the traditional office visit. Through virtual technology, VA is able to deliver care to patients where and when they need it. The Fargo VA Connected Health Team provides hands-on education and training on VA technologies including My HealtheVet, Annie and VA Mobile Apps.

    • VA Fargo Telehealth Services improves convenience to Veterans by providing access to care from their homes or local communities when they need it.
    • The Fargo VA Connected Health Team provides hands-on education and training on VA technologies including My HealtheVet, the Virtual Health Resource Center (VHRC), Annie and VA Mobile Apps.
  • COMPACT Act - Community Partner Resource Hub

  • Community Care

VA Fargo provides care to Veterans through community providers in our catchment area when VA cannot provide the care needed. Community care is based on specific eligibility requirements, availability of VA care, and the needs and circumstances of individual Veterans. Community care must be first authorized by VA before a Veteran can receive care from a community provider.

  • Patient Advocates

The patient advocate at the Fargo VA Health Care System is specially trained to help you resolve issues with your care. If you've experienced any problems you haven't been able to resolve by talking with your care team, please reach out to our patient advocate.

  • Post-9/11 Military2VA (M2VA) Case Management Program

Post-9/11 Military 2VA (M2VA) Case Management Program: The Fargo VA Health Care System provides health care and other benefits to the newest Veterans returning from service, even if you are still on active duty or an activated member of the National Guard or Reserve. Our experienced Post-9/11 M2VA team is specially trained in the unique needs of transitioning Service members and Post-9/11 era Veterans. Each Post-9/11 M2VA team will assist with coordination of your VA health care and ensure you're receiving Veteran-centered care and benefits.

  • Vet-to-Vet Program for Chronic Pain

Vet-to-Vet is a chronic pain mutual self-help support group facilitated by Veterans with chronic pain for Veterans with chronic pain.
