Small structural fire at the VA Fayetteville Coastal Medical Center

Fayetteville , NC — The Fayetteville Fire Department responded to a small structural fire at the VA Fayetteville Coastal Medical Center November 6, 2024 at about 2:30 pm.
The incident occurred in an area of the hospital currently under construction at 2300 Ramsey Street and the origin is under investigation. No one was injured at the scene and the area has been isolated. The Fire Department is continuing its investigation.
The facility has returned to full operation.
