Thea Shaw DPT, GTS

A dedicated healthcare leader with over 15 years of service at Hampton VA, Dr. Shaw began her career at the facility in February 2010 and has since held various leadership roles, significantly contributing to the expansion and advancement of PMR&S as well as the oversight and activation of several community-based outpatient clinics. She is a graduate of Hampton University’s Department of Physical Therapy, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and a 2024 graduate of the Health Care Leadership Development Program (HCLDP). Dr. Shaw is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. She is deeply passionate about servant leadership, workforce development, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our Nation’s Heroes.
