Reporting and Monitoring Requirements

The information on this page provides guidance on the reporting requirements of SSVF grantees, including instructions specific to each reporting template, the procedures for completing such reports, and the general timeline for submitting information to VA. VA, on a regular basis, reviews grantees monthly and quarterly submissions regarding financial and performance accomplishments. Additionally, VA monitoring procedures and training resources are provided to assist grantees in preparing for program assessments.


UPDATED: SSVF Grantee Submissions to Program Office

The SSVF Program Office informed grantees that SSVF would transition from Blackbaud Grantmaking (GIFTS) to a new grants management platform. Our office is working closely with our new grants management software vendor to migrate existing grantee data into our new system and set up processes to ensure a smooth transition for both grantee and VA staff. in the coming weeks, further guidance and training will be provided on submitting NOFA documents, Contact Changes, Program Changes and documents requested by SSVF OBO auditors for FOFA visits.
