Reporting and Monitoring Requirements

The information on this page provides guidance on the reporting requirements of SSVF grantees, including instructions specific to each reporting template, the procedures for completing such reports, and the general timeline for submitting information to VA. VA, on a regular basis, reviews grantees monthly and quarterly submissions regarding financial and performance accomplishments. Additionally, VA monitoring procedures and training resources are provided to assist grantees in preparing for program assessments.
