This SSVF Toolkit has several resources to help your community, as needed, with their plan to end homelessness for Veterans and align SSVF resources. If your community is engaged in the 25 Cities or Zero 2016 initiatives, the plan information and data assumptions from those efforts should be used.
All SSVF grantees have been called to action and are required to develop community-based plans in order to leverage resources and community support in the fight against Veteran homelessness. These plans are completed with the wider Continuums of Care and may compliment and tie into existing community plans.
