Volunteers are the heartbeat of the Indianapolis VA Medical Center.

Volunteers provide many important functions throughout the health care system and make our patients’ experience more enjoyable.

VA’s Center for Development & Civic Engagement office (CDCE) is looking for individuals who have a passion to serve Veterans, our nation’s heroes. The goal of the CDCE office is to ensure VA volunteer experiences are as rewarding to the volunteer as it  is beneficial to the patients, families, visitors, and caregivers.
