Introducing the One Indiana Call Line: A New Resource for Hoosier Veterans

Veterans in Indiana now have a streamlined way to get help with their questions and concerns: the One Indiana Call Line.
Designed as a one-stop advocacy resource, this new service connects Hoosier Veterans, Veteran service organizations, and congressional offices with the support they need. If you’re not sure who to call, this line is here to help.
By dialing 1-844-IND-VETS (1-844-463-8387), Indiana Veterans enrolled in one of four Veteran Integrated Services Networks (VISNs) can reach an advocate who will listen to their concerns, connect them to resources, and facilitate resolution. While the One Indiana Call Line is great for patient advocacy, it’s important to note that it isn’t designed to handle medical issues, appointment scheduling, benefits inquiries, or crisis situations. For medical needs or appointment questions, Veterans should contact their clinic’s patient care team through My HealtheVet or VA Health Connect. If you or someone you know is in crisis, always contact the Veterans Crisis Line at 988, then press 1.
For Veterans and congressional offices alike, the One Indiana Call Line is a step toward greater support and simplicity. Whether you're navigating the complexities of VA resources or advocating for a constituent, this service aims to make the process easier. Remember, the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, as part of VISN 10, is proud to lead Veteran Health Indiana in serving over 63,000 Veterans across central Indiana, with comprehensive care available at 13 outpatient clinics and specialized services like the nation’s only Veteran-centric YMCA wellness center. Let’s continue working together to ensure every Veteran gets the support they deserve.
