Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center to Host Veteran Enrollment Events in Marquette Area, May 19–20, 2026

By Tim Ellison, Public Affairs Officer
The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center (OGJVAMC) is reaching out to Veterans in the Marquette area with a series of enrollment events scheduled for May 19 and 20, 2026.
The outreach and enrollment team will be on hand at four different locations, providing Veterans with the opportunity to learn about expanded eligibility under the PACT Act and to enroll in VA health care services.
The PACT Act, signed into law in 2022, significantly broadened access to VA health care. Veterans who may have previously been denied benefits are now encouraged to check their eligibility. Newly qualified Veterans can take advantage of a range of benefits, including hearing aids, eyeglasses, and more affordable health care. Medication co-payments start as low as $8 and are capped at $33, with many Veterans paying nothing out of pocket.
All Veterans who are not currently enrolled or registered with the VA are encouraged to attend one of these events.
