(Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center (GVSMVAMC) is proud to announce its first Drive-Thru Vaccine Clinic of the flu season, scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The clinic will take place at the west entrance of the main campus in Jackson, Mississippi.
September 19, 2023The G. V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center will host a Stand Down for Homeless Veterans on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will take place at The Salvation Army, located at 570 E Beasley Road, Jackson, MS 39206.
September 6, 2023Until 11:59pm local time on September 30, 2023, Veterans who deployed to a combat zone, never enrolled in VA health care, and left active duty between September 11, 2001 and October 1, 2013 are eligible to enroll directly in VA health care.
