Mark Andrew DMSc, MBA, PA-C

With over 15 years of military and medical leadership, Andy has a passion for serving his country and improving the lives of Veterans.

Dr. Andrew is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. He served for eight years in the Air Force with deployments to the Middle East and Afghanistan. Volunteering in various medical roles during his deployments, he found his true passion for health care and set his sights on becoming a Physician Assistant (PA).

Upon graduating from PA School, Andy became an Emergency Medicine PA at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He transferred to serve Veterans at the VA Boston Healthcare System as the Chief PA for Ophthalmology, and later the Surgical Service. Prior to his appointment at Lebanon, Dr. Andrew served as the Veterans Integrated Service Network 4 (VISN 4) Eastern Market Director of Clinical Operations. He continues to work clinically as a TeleEmergency Medicine PA and a VISN 4 Lung Cancer Screening PA.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two daughters, and son. As a strong advocate for the importance of movement, if Andy is not working in the hospital or spending time with his family, he enjoys a fast-paced workout to stay healthy. He attributes his success to his coworkers and family, whose endless support over the years, continues to inspire him.
