National Donut Day is a day the Salvation Army uses to reflect on Veterans' bravery and sacrifice. Every year, on the first Friday in June, they honor and recognize Veterans by hosting donut giveaways. This year, they will give out donuts to Veterans, first responders, staff, and visitors at our medical center.
