Marion VA Health Care System selects new Nurse Recruiter

Jennifer Hazel, BSN, RN, has 22 years of nursing experience. She started her career at the VA in 2010 in the Cardiac Cath Lab, before becoming the Device Clinic Nurse in 2013. She will graduate in May 2024 with her Master’s in Management/Administration from McKendree University.

“I come from five generations of nurses. I knew I was going to be a nurse in high school. I started working in healthcare and learned how rewarding it was to care for patients. Our patients may forget our names but, they’ll never forget our faces or how we made them feel. I have also had the privilege of working alongside some amazing staff.”.
