A Sign-in Assistance Event is planned for Tuesday, January 28, 2025, from 9-11 a.m. and Noon to 3 p.m. at the Winchester VA Clinic. Veterans can walk in and get assistance during the event.
A smart phone capable of taking pictures, along with a valid government ID such as a drivers license and an email address are required to set up an ID.me or Login.gov account.
If you can't make it to the event, you can get assistance setting up their ID.me or Login.gov account by calling our My HealtheVet office at 304-263-0811, extension 1673, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Staff can assist over the phone or set up a day and time to visit the Medical Center for in-person assistance.
