The COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is closing on May 26, 2023, by the close of business.
Starting Tuesday, May 30, 2023, COVID-19 vaccines will be available in the Central Primary Care Clinic. Located on the 5th floor, Ward 5F.
Veterans may call 901-523-8990 (ext. 3460) to schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 Vaccine. Walk-ins are welcome on Thursdays from 8 am-10 am.
