Gregory Norton

During his time in Oklahoma, he’s opened several Community Based Outpatient Clinics, capitalized on multiple efficiencies to reduce costs, and expanded community partnerships. Prior to his time in executive leadership, Mr. Norton held multiple, progressively higher, managerial roles at VA Northeast Ohio which is one of the largest and most complex VA Healthcare Systems. These roles varied across clinical and administrative services, building a foundation of experience that has led to his success in managing operations, performance improvement and organizational change. Mr. Norton has a Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, graduated from the Healthcare Leadership Development Program (2023), is Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Certified, Prosci Change Management Certified and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
