<p>No patients or staff were harmed, the oxygen supply to the building was never interrupted, and the facility is operating normally.</p>

VA Milwaukee Healthcare System experienced a brief oxygen leak this morning that was resolved at approximately 8:15 a.m. after VA Police, Milwaukee County firefighters and a hazmat team arrived on the scene.
