Dr. Eckert earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice -Executive Track degree from University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Marquette University College of Nursing.Dr. Eckert is a graduate of the following VA leadership programs: &nbsp;Milwaukee LEAD , VISN 12 (VLDP) and the national Healthcare Leadership Development Program (HCLDP).She is a member of the Association for Nursing Professional Development&nbsp;and the &nbsp;American Organization for Nursing Leadership.
