This group education class is accredited by The American Diabetes Association and covers 8 topics in four 2-hour sessions. You may find more information about this course by clicking "More Details" above.
Ask your provider for a referral to the diabetes team. Each patient will complete a 1:1 needs assessment visit with the diabetes dietitian or diabetes nurse and then get scheduled for class.
