Dr. Sean Glasgow is the Chief of Quality Management at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center.
He holds an academic appointment with East Tennessee State University as a Clinical Professor of Surgery, and he was formerly the Chief of Surgery at JHQVAMC. Dr. Glasgow retired from the Air Force in 2024 after 29 years of active duty and Reserve service that included multiple combat deployments, command positions, and assignments across the spectrum of operational military medicine. He is an accomplished researcher, editor, and reviewer, and is a member of various professional organizations such as the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons, and the Association of VA Surgeons.
