National Salute to Veterans
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the ETSU women's basketball team, Taylor Parsons—2019 Miss Tennessee Teen, and Anna Grace Parlapiano—reigning Greene County Fairest of the Fair and 2023 Miss Tennessee Teen, for their recent visit during the 2025 National Salute to Veteran Patients.
Your presence here at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center brought immense joy and comfort to our Veteran patients, fostering a facility-wide environment that truly honors their service and sacrifices. The smiles, conversations, and shared moments of connection were invaluable, reminding our Veterans that they are deeply appreciated and never forgotten. Dates for this event were from February 10th to the 14th of 2025.
