James "David" Waller, M.D., FACC, is the Deputy Chief of Staff for the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System.

As Deputy Chief of Staff, Dr. Waller provides oversight of healthcare services within the Office of the Chief of Staff to Veteran patients in both the inpatient and outpatient services throughout North Florida and South Georgia. Dr. Waller is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Medicine and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Nuclear Cardiology.
