Josh Pridgen is the Associate Director for Primary Care and Outpatient Clinics for the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System.
Pridgen joins the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS) from the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, where he served as Associate Director since January 2018. Throughout his career, he has held a range of progressive leadership roles, including Acting Director for the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, as well as Associate Director, Assistant Director, and Chief of the Business Office in Eastern Colorado. His breadth of experience reflects a strong track record of operational leadership and organizational management across multiple VA facilities.
Pridgen began his VA career in 2008 at the Orlando VA Health Care System as part of the Veterans Health Administration Technical Career Field Program within the Chief Business Office. Since then, he has built a reputation for strategic leadership and a commitment to improving healthcare delivery for Veterans.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Valdosta State University and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.
