Stephen Dotts

Stephen Dotts is the Associate Director for Operations for the NF/SGVHS. Dotts comes to us from the Battle Creek VAMC, serving as the Assistant Director since November of 2021. Dotts is a 10-year active-duty Veteran of the United States Navy, where he honorably served as an Aviation Maintenance Administrationman, Air Warfare Specialist, AZ1(AW). He began his VA career in 2006 as a without compensation employee with Medical Administration Service at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. Since then, he has held various positions within the Medical Center to include Administrative Officer of the Day, Privacy/FOIA Officer, Controlled Substance Coordinator, Integrated Ethics Program Officer, Compliance and Business Integrity officer, Supervisory Health System Specialist, and Assistant Director. Mr. Dotts has a passion for serving our nation’s heroes and has demonstrated this through his leadership.
