The Prescott National Cemetery will host a poignant Memorial Day Commemoration Ceremony to honor the fallen heroes who served in the U.S. Armed Forces. The event, held at 500 N. Hwy 89, will feature guest speakers, a wreath-laying ceremony, and a color guard presentation, to solemnly remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Due to limited parking at the cemetery, free parking will be available at Yavapai College, with shuttle services running from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Parking and Shuttle Information for the Cemetery Ceremony
- No parking is available at the cemetery.
- Free parking is offered at Yavapai College, with free shuttle service to and from the cemetery.
- Look for event parking signs when entering the VA campus.
- Shuttles start at 9:00 a.m. The last shuttle from Yavapai College to the cemetery departs at 10:30 a.m.
